At Ceres Chill, we want you to feel as confident in our products as you do in your style. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn apparel in original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items with all original tags attached.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to keep your tracking receipt so we can monitor your return's journey.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
